Admission Process
At The Oxford Public School, we follow a transparent and
structured admission process to ensure a smooth and
hassle-free experience for parents and students. Our
admissions are based on academic merit, age eligibility, and
an entrance assessment to place students in the appropriate
learning environment.
Step 1:
Registration
-
Admissions are open
throughout the year, and parents can register their
child by filling out and submitting the registration
form available at the school.
-
Upon registration, parents
will receive detailed information about admission
dates and procedures.
Step 2:
Submission of Application Form
-
During the official
admission period, parents must submit the completed
admission application form along with the required
documents.
-
A non-refundable admission
processing fee must be paid at the time of
submission.
Step 3: Age
Eligibility Criteria
-
For admission to L.K.G, a
child must have completed 3 years by December of the
academic year.
-
Age eligibility criteria
apply correspondingly for other higher classes as
per school regulations.
Step 4:
Entrance Examination & Interview
-
Admissions are based on
merit, and students will be required to appear for
an entrance exam and a brief interview.
-
The entrance test
evaluates basic skills in English, Mathematics, and
General Knowledge, ensuring the child’s readiness
for the class they are applying for.
-
After the assessment,
students and parents will have a one-on-one
counseling session with the academic coordinator to
discuss the child's learning needs, strengths, and
academic plan.

Parents must pay the
necessary school fees within the stipulated time to
